'The Bear' Season 3 is coming in June
Good news, chefs. The Bear returns this summer.
In a Feb. 9 executive session with members of the Television Critics Association (TCA), FX Chairman John Landgraf confirmed that Season 3 of FX's Emmy-winning hit The Bear will premiere this June, with all episodes dropping at once, just as they did in Seasons 1 and 2. The series begins shooting Feb. 26.
The news comes weeks after The Bear's banner run at the Emmys, where it won 10 awards, including Best Comedy Series, Best Actor in a Comedy Series for Jeremy Allen White, and Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for Ayo Edebiri.

Landgraf also announced the release of several upcoming 2024 shows, including historical epic Shōgun, spy thriller The Veil, and sports series Clipped. Further in the year, we'll see American Sports Story: Gladiator, about NFL player Aaron Hernandez; the sixth and final season of vampire comedy What We Do in the Shadows; the second season of the Jeff Bridges-led The Old Man; Say Nothing, which centers on the Troubles in Northern Ireland; and The English Teacher, a comedy created by and starring Brian Jordan Alvarez.
