Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's latest big role: Pikachu.

No, he's not starring in a new Pokémon movie. (Although, come on Hollywood, let's make that happen.)

Instead, he was dancing in a Pikachu costume for his baby daughter, Jasmine.

In the video shared to Instagram, The Rock busts out an impressive variety of dance moves before taking a breather. The second he takes off his Pikachu head -- revealing that it's pretty hot in there -- baby Jasmine lets out a loud cry.

So, doing his duty, Johnson puts the head on and goes back for another round.

Here is what happened in his own words:

"Pikachu is baby Jasmine's FAVORITE character. So, for Halloween me and @laurenhashianofficial decided the real life Pikachu was gonna come to the house for a visit.

"What Pikachu didn't know was that Jazzy would start crying when he stopped dancing and demanded he continue to shake his tail with a loud "EH!". So, Pikachu danced over.. and over.. and over.. and over... and over.. again."

Sure Johnson, who made $64.5 million in the past year, could have hired someone to dance in a Pikachu costume for him.

But The Rock is just too cool for that.
