'The Simpsons' writer unveils cut scene from 'Who Shot Mr Burns?' episode

There have been many, many great whodunnits in our time.

Few can live up to the sheer dramatic tension surrounding the mystery of the Springfield resident who put a bullet in the town's most timeless villain, though.

On Saturday Josh Weinstein, one of the writers of the two-part "Who Shot Mr Burns?" Simpsons special, took to Twitter to share an awesome discovery.

You can actually picture how the scene would look, right?

That wasn't the only scene he shared, either. Here's another with everyone's favourite minor character, Milhouse:
