It's the end of the world as we know it, and we feel ... pretty hyped, actually.

That's because while the new trailer for Thor: Ragnarok promises doom and destruction, it also promises a really good time.

Thor and Hulk, the two Avengers who sat out Captain America: Civil War, are reunited here in the furthest reaches of space, where they're forced to face off in a gladiatorial duel. Don't worry, though – they're friends from work.

Tessa Thompson and Jeff Goldblum join the MCU as two new characters who encounter Thor on the planet Sakaar. Meanwhile, Meanwhile, Hela (Cate Blanchett), the goddess of death, has been unleashed and looks ready to wreak havoc on Asgard. And, of course, Loki's still kicking around and causing trouble for everyone.

In short, it sure looks like Thor has his hands full. Good thing he's got those big bulging muscles to help him carry that weight.

Thor: Ragnarok opens November 3.
