It's the most hotly contested issue in Washington: Can we save lives by making it easier to kill?

For the affirmative, Exhibit A is SuperSoldier's newest piece of advance weaponry, the Tiberius particle neutralizer. Tiberius promises to instantaneously disassemble a target's atomic makeup by triggering a quantum-level chain reaction, no matter where on the body the shot lands.

However, those opposed to the weapon are clinging to the sanctity of life, and the idea that wars don't end with the last breath of the final enemy soldier.

The issue has Congress and the general public divided almost equally, yet most judgments were made based on speculative reports about Tiberius' capabilities. The fact remains that, until yesterday – when SuperSoldier top brass released their plans for the Tiberius Rifle (with some key details naturally excluded) – the world didn't know a whole lot about particle neutralizer technology.

Now, with the SuperSoldier's plans at our fingertips, we can all hope to arrive at more informed conclusions regarding the weapon.

Use the following diagram to get to know how Tiberius works.
