Some are having issues getting their free Ticketmaster vouchers
It's not just your Ticketmaster account that's getting an error message.
As part of a class action lawsuit settlement, Ticketmaster released vouchers for free tickets to any customer who bought tickets between October 1999 and February 2013.
Each voucher is redeemable for two free tickets to their eligible live events, and customers get one voucher per purchase they made in that 14 year span.

However, since the announcement of the vouchers on Sunday, some customers are getting error messages when they try to redeem them.
Many have reported not being able to see the available events, getting an error when they tried to redeem or not getting any vouchers at all despite being eligible.

It seems the onslaught of users trying to check their accounts has caused the site to temporarily and partially crash.
For the moment, it looks like some customers will have to wait until the flood of freebie-hunters dies down.
Mashable has reached out to Live Nation, Ticketmaster's parent company, for comment on the issues and are awaiting a response.
UPDATE, Tuesday, June 21, 2016, 8:34 a.m.: A spokesperson for Live Nation responded to Mashable, and while they did not specifically address why some customers are getting error messages, they ask anyone trying to redeem a voucher to visit this page to see eligible events.
The website states, "Ticketmaster agreed to provide $5 million in ticket vouchers for select Live Nation concerts through May 2017." So, if you haven't received a voucher yet, you'll be getting one sometime within the next year.
The website also gives instructions on how to claim a voucher:
Once ticket codes are made available to you in your Ticketmaster account (
), you may attempt to use the codes for redemption on this website. The ticket codes are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Select an event from the list of eligible events displayed on this website and proceed through the purchase process.
On the Billing Page, during your transaction, look for a “Voucher Code” link and enter your code to receive your discount(s).
However, if Ticketmaster is getting an onslaught of customers claiming vouchers, you may need to wait until there is less traffic on the site in order to stop getting an error message.
