A pair of Tinder matches has perfected the art of the belated reply — and the suspense is killing us

Because most showers take two years, right?

Flakey Tinder matches can be the worst, and if you pair two of them together? Forget it, nothing is going to happen.

Or will it? Josh Avsec tweeted a set of messages last week he exchanged with a Tinder match who isn't exactly the quickest at getting back. The two have been chatting since 2014, but it only takes two screenshots to read them all.

Wow, talk about putting things off. Though Josh and Michelle certainly seem to have some of the best excuses for not answering in a timely fashion. Take note for the next time you forget to respond to bae.

Michelle, we totally feel you. No holiday is quite as time consuming as Presidents' Day. Actually, these two do kinda seem like they'd be perfect for one another. They definitely have the same sense of humor.

Their potential love story does continue to crawl slowly forward. After Josh's tweet gained some traction, Michelle had the perfect response, which she sent in record time.

Seriously, we are not the only ones who think these two should give up the bit and see if they could make it work.

Only time will tell if they get it together to plan a date sometime in 2019. Until then, the pair really gives a new meaning to taking things slow.
