LONDON -- In the digital age, it can be truly difficult to disconnect from social media.

Whether for work or play, frequent engagement with the online sphere has become a near necessity to navigate the modern world.

And sometimes, that necessity can turn into a harmful habit that causes us to neglect our own self-care.

Turns out, there's a bot for that.

Twitter citizen @jonnysun recognized these unhealthy tendencies in himself, and so created a bot that sends gentle nudges like "please remember to look up from your screen" and "breathe deeply please."

And it appears that much of the twitterverse could use the polite reminders, because @tinycarebot already has 20.7K followers on Twitter.

Here's a sample of some of the pleasant prompts sent by the bot:

BRB, going for a walk.
