LONDON -- When it comes to the tooth fairy, most children have fairly low expectations.
You might hope to get a bit of money under your pillow, sure, but you probably wouldn't be expecting a full two-page piece of correspondence detailing the aforementioned fairy's holiday itinerary.
When Kellie Dawson's little girl Scarlett lost a tooth, though, the fairy really upped her game.
