Trump's 'Easy D' tweet took the internet straight to penis jokes

Will this ill-advised sports metaphor be what finally breaks us all??

"Easy D" could mean many things to people. And few of them are probably what the President actually wants.

We know because we took 15 seconds to loudly express confusion, disbelief and wonder over Donald Trump's midday tweet on Wednesday.

"Easy D" probably refers to the fact that it's an easy 'decision' for the judges. Or, like in sports-talk, easy 'defense' for America.

Apparently this confusion was shared by, like, everyone, including people located in the actual Senate.

And sure, "easy D" means defense, or decision, to some people. To 70-year-old men and their peers, yes, it probably means sports and/or answers, and only those two things.

For the rest of us, it's "easy dick," OBVIOUSLY.

'D' has long been very lazy code for 'dick.' Duh.

The internet can back us up on this one.

Wow, who could've guessed that the phrase "easy D" could be twisted in such a way.

It's almost as if the phrase is not... exclusive... to sports...

People are really taking it personally.

The forthcoming press conference will be, we can assume, full of the D.

Some positive spins are in the works.

Although mostly it's that confusion-disbelief-wonder we mentioned earlier.

Even Congress is getting into it.

Comeback of old school sports terminology or the beginning of a new era where the president expresses his frustration with our borders by likening them to casual dick?

Only time will tell.
