Emmanuel Macron has poured scorn on Donald Trump after he announced his decision to withdraw the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement. Delivering a speech in English, France's President played on Trump's MAGA slogan, prompting people to hail his English-speaking ability as "better" than Trump's. Ouch. "I call on you to remain confident. We will succeed because we are fully committed. Because wherever we live, whoever we are, we all share the same responsibility, make our planet great again," Macron said.
