It's Thanksgiving week, and you know what that means: Time for Donald Trump's annual tiff with Time magazine and it's "Person of the Year" issue.

Trump won the honor last year, which should have silenced his irritation forthwith. But because he's Donald Trump, he will not be satisfied unless he is the center of all attention always.

Ready? Buckle up.

If you took a Twitter break for the holidays (no judgment, treat yo self!), you may not even have seen Trump's self-parodic original tweet on your timeline before seeing versions of it cropping up from various celebrities:

This just seemed like classic JLD humor! And while it's easy to ignore the tag of tennis player Andy Murray, he has a part in this too...

Mark Hamill joined in with the power of the Force behind his burn; not only did he pass on "Person of the Year," but he did it because of Trump. Makes you think.

This isn't exclusive to celebrities, or even to humans. Take a look at this shocking revelation:

And brands got in on it too!

Sometimes a well-placed skeptical screenshot is all you need.

Seriously, the jokes write themselves...

Some took the opportunity for putting great hopes out into the universe:

Sometimes creating a parody tweet can lead to introspection.

It even started a feud:

And as always with Trump, things escalated.

Time will reveal its 2017 "Person of the Year" on Dec. 6.
