'Camp Unplug': Meet Vine's first long-form series
LOS ANGELES -- Well that didn't take long.
Less than one week after Vine announced its users can post 140-second videos, the platform quietly launched its first long-form series, Camp Unplug.
The show, which is made up of 36 Vines that range from six seconds to a little over two minutes, follows a group of 13 Vine stars at a "digital detox summer camp."

Since launching during VidCon, Vine said Camp Unplug content has looped more than 41 million times. Vine's recent updates underscore its efforts to keep up with its competitors in the digital video space, which includes YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and now music.ly.
Long-form video may soon become even more commonplace on Vine. Adult Swim recently debuted a full 10-minute episode of its new animated series Brad Neely’s Harg Nallin Sclopio Peepio on the platform ahead of the network premiere.
