Someone secretly taped Kim K after robbery, and her lawyers are pissed
New video from the night of Kim Kardashian West's robbery seems like positive news, until you find out that it was footage taken without her consent in her apartment after she was violently assaulted.
TMZ reports that French authorities are currently investigating a video of Kardashian West taken shortly after police arrived on scene that was circling around the internet this week before her lawyers had it removed. The person who took the video hasn't been publicly identified.
In the video, Kardashian West is wrapped in a blanket making a Face Time call seemingly unaware that she is being recorded. Since it was taken during a private moment in her home without her consent, the video is illegal and any further distribution of the footage is punishable, her lawyers argue.
