Vanilla Ice may have been bested by Dancing with the Stars, but his next battle has already begun.

This time, Ice plans to take on Hurricane Matthew -- the storm bearing down on Florida that has the potential to make certain areas "uninhabitable for weeks."

Vanilla Ice tweeted that he plans to ride out the storm in his Palm Beach residence, 9-foot storm surges be damned. Ice also seemed to insinuate that he'd be live-tweeting the hurricane as it bears down on Florida.

Vanilla Ice's plans go directly against the urgings of meteorologists and Florida Governor Rick Scott, who earlier today warned residents that, "this (storm) will kill you."

Ice, baby, please get the hell out of that area.
