Counter Logic Gaming featured in first VR esports documentary from Jaunt

A virtual reality feature on a top League of Legends team, the first of many esports VR documentaries, came to VR headsets and 360 viewers Thursday morning.

CLG: Win Everythin' is a partnerships between Jaunt, a VR production company with its own cameras and platform, and tournament organizer ESL. Most of the videos that come out of the multi-year partnership will center around the Intel Extreme Masters tournaments, where the best Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends and StarCraft II players battle it out on some of the biggest esports stages in the world.

CLG: Win Everythin', covers Counter Logic Gaming's League of Legends team and its journey to the 2016 IEM World Championship in Poland.

CLG lost to multi-time champions SK Telecom T1 in the second round of the group stage before the finals, but the documentary gives a unique look into the team's practice sessions, how much work it takes to get to be a League of Legends pro and the daily routine of traveling.

The videos will be available to watch online on Jaunt's website and also via the Jaunt app. Every second of the videos are shot in 360-degree video, so you can view them with a headset, with your smartphone, or by clicking and dragging on your computer to look around.

The remaining VR documentaries' subjects and release dates have not yet been announced.
