One of The Walking Dead's biggest fans passed away on Tuesday and the cast and community has been honoring her with heartfelt messages Wednesday.

Lisa Williams, a regular attendee at The Walking Dead events and conventions, died on Tuesday after a battle with lung cancer and a handful of stars from the show posted messages of remembrance and reminiscing the times they had the pleasure to meet her.

Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl on the show, posted on Instagram saying he was going to miss Williams and her smile.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays Negan, posted a picture of himself with Williams and said that she "always stood out as one of the best. She will be missed by all of us that were lucky enough to know her."

A few weeks before Williams passed away, Morgan and Reedus posted a message telling her they were thinking about her and sending her love.

One of the conventions that Williams attended, Walker Stalker Convention, shared a heartfelt message about Williams on their Facebook alone with a photo of Williams with Walking Dead star Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes).

"Lisa Williams, one of our lifetime Platinums, was the living essence of what we envisioned," the message reads. "And she exceeded those expectations, as she utilized her love and position to raise money to serve others through her charitable endeavors. She used her lifetime to give experiences to others. Her memory and legacy doesn’t end with her unfortunate passing."
