'Walking Dead' enrages Internet by leaving another character's fate up in the air
Caution: Spoilers ahead!
Is he dead or isn't he? We've been here before, folks.
Yes, I know there was was a lot of blood. And possibly a little brain matter, too. But let's just relax. It doesn't take much splatter to coat a camera lens, right?

The penultimate episode of The Walking Dead's sixth season continued the show's multi-year campaign to emotionally destroy every single fan. This time, beloved survivor Daryl (Norman Reedus) took a bullet to the... somewhere, and that was it. End of episode. Roll credits.
But remember this?
We all know now how that turned out, don't we?
Daryl may well die before the season is over -- but it probably won't be Dwight's gunshot that kills him. Once again, The Walking Dead's creatives have trotted out the tired narrative device of a (likely) fake-out death -- and once again, the Internet has responded with anger and anguish.

Calm down, people. Daryl or someone else you love is definitely going to die on next week's finale. Possibly, multiple someones will. But in all likelihood, Dwight's episode-ending bullet won't be the murder weapon. The Walking Dead is just messing with you. Again.
