Navigation app Waze "refreshed" its look on Monday with brighter colors and expressive icons.

The Waze logo has a new font. Waze's Carpool app is also sporting the new look.

The friendly Waze icons are still there, but now the blobs on wheels have a little more personality. There are now 30 different "Moods" to pick from, ranging from super happy to road-ragey. More moods will be added to the app eventually.

The Waze app was already pretty colorful, but some of it was restricted to certain features and menus. Now the brighter color palette is everywhere, with splashes of purple, mint green, orange, yellow, and blue throughout the app.
