West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice (yes, that's his real name) thinks his state's budget bill is a bunch of BS.

But instead of a simple veto, he brought out all the props--including real cow dung.

During an elaborate presentation Thursday about the $4.1 billion state budget proposed by the state legislature that he disparaged for cutting money for students, vets, tourism, seniors, police, women, coal miners, motorists and even dogs and horses, the Democratic governor brought out multiple white boards and three silver dinner platters.

"We've got to stop the nonsense that goes on here," he said at the state capitol building in Charleston. He went on, "I can't be any more blunt than to tell you this the way I see it."

Underneath those plate covers, Justice revealed a "nothing-burger," mayonnaise sandwich, and finally a pile of cow dung on top of the budget bill.

"What we had is nothing more than a bunch of political you know-what," he said to claps and cheers as the dung was on full display.

That's real manure, as some diligent political reporters confirmed.

After the big reveal he went on to sign his veto of the budget.

Here's the full presentation of what could have just been a quick signature.

And you thought politics was boring.
