If it's a day that ends in "y" then the White House probably did something that's been turned into a meme.

This time it was a late night tweet follow up to Donald Trump's brief Rose Garden rant on Wednesday morning. Late Wednesday night, the White House Twitter account sent out the following tweet using a special quote graphic to share a line from Trump's ramble.

While the quote itself doesn't make sense, in or out of context, what did click with Twitter users was the opportunity presented by the new graphic: a chance to make their own Trump quote cards. And they did not disappoint.

Parker Molloy, an editor-at-large for "progressive media watchdog" Media Matters For America, even did Twitter the service of creating a blank template of the graphic for users to more easily create their own variations.

Molloy then followed up with what became probably the most popular response using this particular meme, the famous quote attributed to Trump in the Mueller Report.

So, once again, an attempt by the White House to communicate one of Trump's lies blows up in their face and just creates a big mess. We can't wait to see what they think up next.
