There's something that's been missing from this year's comedic election coverage.

Kate McKinnon has played a great Hillary Clinton and Alec Baldwin has stepped up to the plate as a phenomenal Donald Trump, but Will Ferrell's iconic portrayal of former president George "Dubya" Bush hasn't seen the light of day this year—until now.

The comedian whipped out his Texan accent on @midnight with Chris Hardwick to talk about cousin Billy Bush who has been in the news lately.

"I'd just like to say something about my cousin Billy Bush," Ferrell/Bush said. "He's been in the news a lot lately, him and that disgraced pumpkin Donald Trump, talking on that bus. And I just want to say one thing."

"We Bushes don't act like that, okay? We have standards. And we're raised a certain way," he continued. "And we would never, under any circumstances, ride a bus."

"When you're a Bush, you ride in a limousine or a jump jet, or maybe a monster truck called the Sasquatch Express. But never a bus."

“This dunderhead is making me look great,” he said, speaking about Trump, calling him a "dangerous man" and explaining that in Texas, people don't talk about women in the same way as Trump has.

"Some might even say it’s illegal. But if he ever tried hamming his Tic Tac covered cow dung down a ladies throat in Texas, we’d given him what we call the Amarillo steak and eggs," Ferrell/Bush said. "That’s’ where you cook him up a nice T-bone steak, medium rare, with scrambled eggs and a side of grits – and then you drag him with your truck.”
