It's the little things.

Two things we know about CNN's Wolf Blitzer:

  1. He loves the simple things in life.

  2. He knows a good turtle when he sees one.

How do we know these things? He tweeted this:

And it's true: it is always nice to see a turtle, isn't it?

Because Blitzer made his affinity for the shelled reptile public, the good people of Twitter banded together to make his day by posting pictures of more turtles under the hashtag #ShowWolfATurtle, which might be one of the greatest hashtags of all time.

Some people took this perfect opportunity to raise awareness for the species.

These are some great turtles getting their time in the spotlight under one great hashtag. And yes, Wolf, it is always nice to see a turtle.
