Sleeping woman being wheeled around campus is truly a bizarre sight

What is happening?

Some pictures don't need a full explanation to be funny as hell.

Art Mitchells-Urwin proved this point when he shared a picture of a woman sleeping in a bed outside to the OVERHEARD AT SOAS Facebook page.

"They wheeled her there, left her there for about 15 minutes (she didn't get out of bed) and then they wheeled her away again," said Mitchells-Urwin in a comment.

Why? Did she want to nap al fresco? Was it a prank?

One commenter jokingly speculated that it could have been performance art.

Mitchell-Urwins responded, "It was strange that there was no accompanying information as to whether this was performance art or what statement was being made."

Whether prank or performance, the images got people talking on both Facebook and the /r/london subreddit -- which would be a real success if it turned out to be performance art after all.
