Millions of people have been mesmerised by a video of kilt-clad Scotsmen doing yoga in a forest. As you do. Dundee-based yoga teacher Finlay Wilson demonstrated his moves along with Tristan Cameron-Harpe in the video, filmed by BBC The Social.

The video shows Wilson and Cameron-Harpe doing some pretty impressive yoga moves on rocks, in streams and near a waterfall. More than 15 million people have watched the captivating video in less than 24 hours. And, in keeping with Scottish tradition, there's a NSFW ending to the video. What better way to get some exercise, eh?
