'You changed' meme perfectly explains why we're so different in 2020

Are you the same person that you were back in January, or has the overwhelming, relentless chaos of 2020 changed you?

For many people, the first half of 2020 has been an emotionally taxing journey of self-discovery. And as summer comes to an end we're straight up tired. Zoom fatigue, boredom, and doomscrolling are all very real trends that have emerged from quarantine, and they undeniably have the potential to change a person.

If you feel your personality has changed as a result of recent circumstances, or even because of an event in the past, then the new "You changed" meme is for you. The meme is simple, really. Just imagine that someone said, "You changed," and explain why that is using the format below.

The meme, which often follows "You changed" with the word "bro," is not to be confused with the phrase, "You changed, bro," which has been around for years. The new "you changed" meme doesn't accuse other people of changing, rather it gives you a chance to defend your personality changes to your followers.

Perhaps you're different now because you miss going to the movies, or you've just been listening to Frank Ocean and crying a lot. Whatever your new truth may be, now's the time to share it.

Yeah, people change. Bro, just deal with it.
