Amy Burke has been a contributor at Mashable since November 2011. She is a freelance writer based out of the Chicago suburbs. She has previously held positions with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel features department and the Nickelodeon digital team. She has a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University, where she was a reporter, editor and designer for her college newspaper the Indiana Daily Student.
