As the debate over standing vs sitting rages on, a hero emerges. A way to get the recommended variety of position and movement all in one portable machine.

The FlexiSpot Deskcise PRO combines an exercise bike with a standing desk so you can sit, stand, or bike whenever you want. Smaller and more portable than a treadmill desk and more versatile than a traditional standing desk, the Deskcise PRO is ideal for home offices and co-working spaces, and if you can get your corporate office manager to approve one, more power to you.

Like a traditional exercise bike, the Deskcise has an adjustable seat and multiple resistance levels so you can customize your "workout." (There's a work pun in there somewhere.) Don't worry about disturbing your co-workers either—FlexiSpot claims that the bike's pedaling system is "whisper-quiet."

If you don't feel like riding and miss your standing desk, you can easily slide out the desk and stand behind the bike.

The convenience and versatility of the Deskcise is what really sold us, and it apparently caught the eye of the Consumer Technology Association. It's an honoree at their annual Innovation Awards in the computer accessories category.

The only thing we can think of against the FlexiSpot is the relatively small desk space and the lack of back support. If you're used to a traditional workspace, it'll probably be a big adjustment. Still, if you're not ready to completely quit your swivel chair, the FlexiSpot is small and portable enough to fit in your office as a sitting alternative.

You can pick up your own Deskcise bike on Amazon and take $100 off plus free shipping with coupon code "DESKCISE." Hurry—the code only lasts through November 27.

If you order now it'll arrive in time to work off your Thanksgiving dinner.
