You remember your favorite characters from your favorite book or movie as a kid, right?

Whether it's a princess from a Disney movie or a talking pig from a book, the characters we internalized as a kid stick around forever. So, what better way to educate your kids on their family history than by creating a book where family members are the characters?

A Kickstarter campaign is trying to turn an idea that previously seemed like an over-the-top, difficult gift into something super accessible. You can now create a customized children's book about your family with FourBears.

FourBears already surpassed their goal on Kickstarter, but we're not really surprised — the customizing options are intricate and virtually endless, so when we say your book will be 100% unique, we mean it.

Check out the Kickstarter video:

The creation process is super easy: answer questions and provide fun facts about the family member who will be the main character (just like Mad Libs), choose from 150 avatars to represent your loved one, and that's it. FourBears will do their magic and you'll receive your new hardcover in the mail.
