The $100.04 discount makes the Pro and its 14 cooking functions a better deal than the 10-in-1 Omni Plus, which is $249.95. The Pro also includes yeast proofing capabilities, sequenced two-stage cooking, and a temperature probe.

The core reason to buy an Instant Omni oven: its air frying and convection oven functionalities. The circulating infrared heat that these similar cooking methods use, which achieves the crispy results similar to deep frying (with less oil), is what sets the appliance apart from a traditional oven, which uses stagnant heat.

Since the Omni is smaller than an actual oven, it'll preheat faster — but its 18-liter capacity is big enough to bake a 12-inch pizza or roast a four-pound rotisserie chicken. Other functions include broil, dehydrate, reheat, toast, and warm.
