The subscription will automatically renew for £9.99 per month after the free offer period comes to an end. You can cancel this at any time though, so long as you do so at least a day before the renewal date. The slightly sneaky thing is that if you cancel during the free offer period, you and your family members will immediately lose access to Apple Fitness+.
