If you didn't like piano lessons as a kid, then you might be missing out. Studies show playing piano can help relieve stress, stimulate your brain, strengthen your hand muscles, and mor

Chances are, playing the piano has been on your bucket list for some time now, but you don't have the time or energy to sign up for lessons. This online class, appropriately called Learn How to Play The Piano, can help. The course is available 24/7 and features nine modules (a total of 12 hours of content) that will take you from beginner to tolerable piano player in no time.

First, you'll learn the importance of middle C and how to play with your right and left hands separately. From there, you'll learn how to play with both hands, which is where split concentration comes into play. The act of doing something different simultaneously with both hands is great for your focus and helps make you sharper in the long-run. Sure, this course won't turn you into the next Mozart, but you'll walk away with some real benefits you likely won't get from watching Netflix.

This course is valued at $422, but for the next few days, it can be yours for $16 — that's cheaper than a movie ticket or good bottle of wine. If you're the least bit interested in playing the piano or just doing something different to flex your brain's muscles, it's worth the small investment.
