Target's Black Friday sale is live — here's what to grab before it sells out

Target hauls are even better when stuff is on sale.

Here are Target's best early Black Friday deals as of Nov. 24:

  • BEST KITCHEN DEAL: The PowerXL Grill Air Fryer Combo can crisp, sear, steam, sous vide, cook rice, and more for under $100 — $89.99 $189.99 (save 53%)

  • BEST HEADPHONES DEAL: The Powerbeats Pro won't budge from your ears, and are almost back down to their all-time low price — $149.99 $249.99 (save 40%)

  • BEST BEAUTY TECH DEAL: The Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer makes the at-home blowout easier than ever — $19.49 $32.49 (save 40%)

  • BEST TOY DEAL: Save up to 40% on select LEGO sets

The shock of holiday commercials two weeks before Halloween — or Black Friday events two days after Halloween — has worn off. It's what we've learned to expect over the past few years. (PCMag fan? Check out coverage from our sister site.)

What we haven't quite experienced yet is a Black Friday sale starting less than two weeks into October. Target rewrote the rule book this year, cutting the virtual ribbon on its Black Friday sale on Oct. 10 — pulling in front of all major retailers including Amazon, which held its first Prime Early Access Sale (essentially a Black Friday sneak peek event) a few days later.

But between last year's supply chain holdups and this year's inflation considerations, we've learned that "the sooner, the better" is the approach to take this time of year. Though stock could replenish, a few Big Deals have already sold out during Target's sale. Rather than holding out for a better deal post-Turkey Day, you can stave off potential buyer's remorse by taking advantage of Target's new Holiday Price Match Guarantee.

At the start of Black Friday week, we've seen price drops on items previously on sale and brand-new deals. But if anything you buy there gets cheaper between now and Dec. 24, or if you find a better price at another retailer at some point during the holiday season, you can request a price adjustment to lock in the best deal.

Though Target will be closed on Thanksgiving from now until forever, you will still be able to shop in stores come Black Friday. Most stores will be open for shopping at 7 a.m. local time, though you should still be able to find the same great deals online through Cyber Monday on Nov. 28 (and probably that whole week).
