Whether it's from staring down at our phones, poor posture from sitting all day, or uncomfortable sleeping positions, most of us can probably relate to the occasional neck kink.

There are currently two live Kickstarter campaigns right now that want to help out with neck strain — without any electricity, medication, or expensive trips to the spa. Meet the necksaviour Mini and the Neck Hammock.

Designed by a physical therapist, the necksaviour Mini is made of foam and uses resistance in its bent position to restore your natural head and neck position while you just chill out.

According to details on the Kickstarter page, the necksaviour Mini was designed specifically for this rested position, as it allows relief from pressure points and attempts to reverse the painful effects of gravity, stress, and the dreaded computer hunch.

According to the Kickstarter page, this literal hammock for your neck can help you stretch out those kinks in just 10 minutes. The Neck Hammock was also designed by a physical therapist and can attach to any door handle so you can lay back and let the wonders of cervical traction do the trick.

Because both of these projects are small, portable, and require no outlets or batteries, you can keep up with your neck stretches anywhere, anytime.
