Apple's brand new 10.2-inch iPad is back on sale ahead of Black Friday
SAVE UP TO $34: As of Oct. 27, the brand new Apple iPad is on sale at Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart starting at $299 (normally $329) for the 32GB model and $395 (typically $429) for the 128GB version.
Maybe it's just us, but it feels like the new iPad and iPad Air have gone on sale faster than any other Apple devices before them. Normally, we expect to wait a few months before seeing any kind of discount, but the 10.2-inch standard tablet got a $30 price drop a week after its initial launch, and one variant of the 10.2-inch Air was $40 off on its very release day. (No complaints here, FWIW.)
If you missed out on those earlier deals, fret not: The regular iPad with WiFi connectivity is back on sale again at Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart ahead of Black Friday. You can grab 32GB model for $299 (usually $329) or upgrade to the 128GB one for $395 (typically $429) — a savings of $30 to $34, depending on the configuration you select.

As a quick refresher, Apple's touting this eighth-gen iPad as a "huge jump in performance" over its predecessor. You can credit an A12 Bionic chip with Neural Engine for that — it's 40 percent faster and offers double the graphics capability, making this tablet a really solid choice for remote learning and/or working, according to PCMag. (Their tech gurus recently gave it an Editor's Choice Award following a series of performance tests — click here to read their official review.)
Other spec highlights include a Touch ID sensor, Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard support, stereo speakers, a 10-hour battery life, and a 100% recycled aluminum enclosure that comes in three colors: silver, gold, and that classic Apple space gray.
