This just in: One of Amazon's pre-Prime Day hits from last year is back. For a limited time ahead of the two-day shopping event (which begins Oct. 13), Prime members can get four months of Amazon Music Unlimited for a mere 99 cents — a fraction of its usual $7.99/month rate.
Not a Prime member? No worries: You can score three months of on-demand music for the same price so long as you haven't previously subscribed to the streaming service. (Considering plans for non-members go for $9.99 a month, that's still an amazing deal.)

Music Unlimited is similar to the free Prime Music service that comes standard with a Prime membership in that it offers ad-free listening with unlimited skips, offline music, personalized playlists, and Alexa integration, only its library is way bigger — 30 times bigger, to be more specific. (60 million songs to Prime Music's 2 million.)
That difference often means being able to listen to an artist's entire album versus a single or two. "For example," writes PCMag, "there was a time when you could not stream Taylor Swift's Reputation with Prime Music." The audacity!
