Baking is a science and like any science it needs to be exact. Take it from someone who constantly confuses teaspoons with tablespoons.

The Perfect Bake PRO takes human error out of the equation with a smart scale that, when paired to a recipe app, knows exactly how much of each ingredient is needed. All you have to do is pour.

When you buy the Perfect Bake PRO you'll receive a scale, three color-coded bowls, an oven thermometer and a phone/tablet stand to allow you to read recipes on the Perfect Bake app while you work.

According to the Perfect Company (they clearly think a lot of their product with that name) most pastry chefs measure by weight anyway, since it's the most accurate measurement for consistent results. While you may not be a professional, you can at least try to bake like one.

The Perfect Bake app is loaded up with a collection of some 400 chef-created recipes (and growing.) Just pick a recipe you want to try and the app will tell you what ingredients you need, how to prep them, and in what order to add them. You'll receive step by step instructions, including a built-in timer so there's no reason to leave the app.

Since the scale and app are paired via Bluetooth, the app will show the bowl filling up as you pour and tell you when to stop. The Perfect Company claims that the scale is accurate down to 0.1g and that when the ingredients are in small amounts the app tells you to go slowly. You can even put your cookie sheet or baking pan on the sale to get accurate portioning when you're ready to bake.

If you don't have enough of the ingredients on hand or are baking a smaller batch, you can input into the app how much you have or how many servings you want to make and the recipe will automatically adjust. You can also put in what kind of pan you're using and the bake times will adjust.

You can check out "perfect baker" Michael explaining how to use the Perfect Bake PRO below.

The Perfect Bake PRO is available on Amazon now for $99. If you're a smoothie junkie or a cocktail specialist, you can also pick up the Perfect Blend PRO or the Perfect Drink PRO that work essentially the same way. Or if you're a true kitchen warrior, you can spring for all three.

Once you're ready to bake (or blend, or drink,) you can also sign up for a free trial of Amazon Fresh to get all your groceries delivered straight to your door. We don't blame you if you never leave your kitchen again.
