How to sign up for Walmart+ — and why you should
UPDATE: Nov. 26, 2024, 10:46 a.m. EST This article has been updated with the latest details of Walmart+ memberships, as well as information about Cyber Week 2024.
Like Amazon Prime, Walmart offers exclusive perks to those who choose to become a Walmart+ member — particularly around the holiday season. The big-box retailer's Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, for example, are open to members three hours before the general public. If you want first dibs at those Black Friday deals at 5 p.m. ET on Thursday, Nov. 28 and Cyber Monday deals at 5 p.m. ET on Sunday, Dec. 1, there's still time to sign up for a membership. And those aren't the only rewards you'll reap from a subscription. Here's what you need to know about Walmart+, including how to sign up.
What are the benefits of Walmart+?
Walmart's annual membership has evolved over the years to offer members a heap of perks. Here's the breakdown of everything you'll get when you sign up in 2024.

How to sign up for Walmart+
On any given day, Walmart offers new subscribers a free 30-day trial to test out its services, during which you'll have access to most of the perks. After the trial runs out, it will cost you either $12.95 per month of $98 per year (compared to Amazon Prime's $139 per year). Ahead of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, however, Walmart is running a deal for new members: save 50% on annual subscriptions. That knocks the price down from $98 per year to just $49 if you sign up by Dec. 2 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Here's how to sign up:
Navigate to the Walmart+ page. Scroll down to find out more information on each of the perks listed above, as well as FAQs on pricing and managing your plan.
Convinced? Click on "Claim offer & get early access" to sign up for 50% off. Not fully convinced? You can also choose to test it out for 30 days instead by clicking on "Decline offer & get free trial." The choice is yours.
Fill out your personal and payment details for billing and shipping purposes (if you choose the free trial, you won't be charged until the 30 days are up).
Tada! You're now a Walmart+ member. You can start enjoying your perks instantly.
