The Weed Snatcher is a Kickstarter project that aims to clear your weeds in half the time with half the effort — no crouching or bending over required.

This new weeding tool works on the same principle as a mop. Just set it over a weed-infested crevice or crack in your driveway and start scraping those weeds away. After you're done snatching them up, sweep them away with your broom, and your cracks are officially weed-free in very little time. Your kneeling days may officially be over.

Check out the Kickstarter video:

According to the product description on the Kickstarter page, the Weed Snatcher extends at the push of a button and has an interchangeable tip, so you can easily switch from bigger jobs like driveways and sidewalks, to weeding jobs that require a bit more finesse like patios.
