Located in the Mediterranean Sea off the eastern coast of Spain, the island of Ibiza has for years been recognized as one of the top destinations for nightlife, music and good-natured debauchery.
Tourists from around Europe flock to the island for its pristine beaches and wild nightclubs, where world-famous DJs debut their latest electronic compositions.
These photos, shot by friends Lee Fowler and Mark Charnock, capture the fun, adventure and mischief that a few mates from England got up to over two weeks in July 1984.
