Timothée Chalamet embraces his inner Bob Dylan in the official trailer for A Complete Unknown.

Directed by James Mangold (Logan, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny), A Complete Unknown follows Bob Dylan's (Chalamet) rise to fame in the early '60s, charting his beginnings as a folk singer in the New York music scene to later shift into electric rock. We also see the beginnings of his relationships with Joan Baez (Monica Barbaro, Top Gun: Maverick) and his girlfriend, Sylvie Russo (Elle Fanning, The Great), based on real-life former flame Suze Rotolo.

But the biggest draw for the trailer is undoubtedly Chalamet's takes on some of Dylan's classics. Listen out for his takes on "Girl from the North Country" and "Like A Rolling Stone."

A Complete Unknown hits theaters Dec. 25.
