Finding Neverland director Marc Forster's newest feature has debuted its latest trailer, and the Tom Hanks grandpa-core persists. Based on Fredrik Backman's New York Times best-selling novel A Man Called Ove, A Man Called Otto is a heartwarming tale of a grumpy old Scrooge learning to love life again.

Despite having a perpetual rain cloud over his head, Otto (Hanks) finds new purpose, friends, and family through his next-door neighbors (and their cat). The film promises to be the perfect, cozy watch for this Christmas.

Mariana Treviño, Rachel Keller, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo co-star.

A Man Called Otto premieres in select theaters on Dec. 25, with a wide release on Jan 13.
