Take a tense family trip with Kieran Culkin and Jesse Eisenberg in the frenetic new trailer for A Real Pain.

Written and directed by Eisenberg, the Sundance hit dramedy sees its stars playing cousins Benji and David Kaplan, who travel to Poland to visit the homeland of their late grandmother, who had escaped the Holocaust.

With family history, pain, and memory at the forefront of their minds, and the tension of travelling with a sibling-like family member simmering away, the trip will inevitably bring some things up for David and Benji.

A Real Pain hits cinemas Oct. 18.
