If you're into the kind of romance that leans hard into the heartbreak and unrequited love side of things, then A24 has just the ticket: Celine Song's drama Past Lives, a story about two childhood friends from South Korea who lose touch after Nora's (Greta Lee's) family emigrates to America.

The good news is they're reunited years later when Hae Sung (Teo Yoo) travels to the U.S. to reconnect with Nora. The bad news? She's in a relationship with Arthur (John Magaro), and you just know somebody (or everybody) is going to end up getting hurt.

Past Lives will be in theatres later this year after it gained big buzz at the Sundance Film Festival.
