Andrew Garfield and Ryan Reynold's kiss didn't just steal Ryan Gosling's thunder at the Golden Globes -- it was pretty much the talking point of the night.
On The Graham Norton Show on Friday, Garfield explained how it came about.
"It was a ridiculous thing," he laughs in the clip above. "I said to Ryan Reynolds, 'If you win, kiss me instead of your wife'.
They had a whole plan, apparently, which was slightly complicated when the other Ryan's name was called out.
Garfield didn't let that get in the way of destiny, though.
"I said to Ryan, 'We can still just do it'," he says. "And he was game."
