The man President Donald Trump hired to get his dysfunctional press team in line used to hate his guts.

"He's another hack politician," Anthony Scaramucci said about his new boss in 2015 (about 28 seconds into the video above), back before he was even the Republican nominee for president.

But let bygones be bygones it seems as Trump appointed Scaramucci as his communications director Friday morning -- prompting Press Secretary Sean Spicer to quit. Spicer's not a fan of the hedge fund owner and Fox Business Channel correspondent.

In the 2015 video Scaramucci also called Trump the future president of the "Queens County bully's association."

"You've got to cut it out now and stop all this crazy rhetoric," he continued. "I don't like the way he talks about women ... bring it Donald."

But, it should be noted, after the election Scaramucci changed his tune, often defending Trump on-air.

Since being hired, Scaramucci has apparently deleted negative tweets about Trump, but fortunately, you can't delete this one from the internet. Ah, politics.
