Ever wondered what would a bank note from the future would look like? Wonder no longer, because Australia's just realised your futuristic money visions.

Australia's Reserve Bank have released a video detailing the features of the country's new brand new five dollar note, which entered circulation on Thursday.

Apart from the tactile features which make it significantly easier for blind and low vision people to use, the note has a whole host of tripped out holograms and visual effects included for security. Even a translucent mid-section.

The video above details many of these, although the weird computer generated hands might be a little unsettling for some.
