To be fair, I'm out of practice. Still, plank posing for a full 34 seconds is an impressive feat for 6-month-old Rowan who's too young to say the words "plank pose," let alone pronounce the pose's proper name "phalakasana".
At this rate, Rowan should have defined baby abs by summer.
