What is The Baby-Sitters Club if not a story of young professionals whose colleagues become their best friends? In the heartwarming trailer for Netflix's adaptation of Ann M. Martin's novels, the Baby-Sitters Club gets its start and ends up being more than what any of its members could have imagined.

Starring Sophie Grace as Kristy, Malia Baker as Mary Anne, Momona Tamada as Claudia, Shay Rudolph as Stacey, and Xochitl Gomez as Dawn, the modern-day baby-sitters form lasting friendships, experience crushes and growing pains, and even schedule some baby-sitting (once they can figure out how to use that iconic landline).

The Baby-Sitters Club hits Netflix July 3.
