Unexpectedly inheriting roomy real estate may seem like a big win in the current market, but it's less appealing when there's a monster living in the basement.

Alberto Corredor's Baghead follows a young woman (The Witcher's Freya Allen) as she explores an old pub inherited from her deceased father (Peter Mullan). Trapped in the basement is a creature that can supposedly contact the dead, but her dad has left her strict video taped instructions not to let it out.

One for Talk To Me fans to keep on the radar.

Baghead is "coming soon" to cinemas.
